Another delightful African offering. Out of all the Ugandan samples we tried this was the CLEAR winner for us. SL-28's are a love of ours so when we get a good one, we want it. The anaerobic processing accentuates the fruit notes and acidity. We really love this offering as a standout on the pourover bar or an espresso that lends itself to the wilder side of things.
