Refund policy
At Milk & Honey Coffee, we’re committed to delivering the highest quality coffee to our customers. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, and we’ll do everything we can to make things right if you’re not. Please review our return policy below.
1. Returns on Coffee Products
Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we do not accept returns on coffee products. However, if there is an issue with the quality or freshness of your coffee, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order, and we will gladly offer a replacement or credit to ensure you’re satisfied.
2. Equipment Returns
For non-perishable items such as brewing equipment, grinders, or accessories, we accept returns under the following conditions:
- Items must be returned in new and unused condition and in their original packaging.
- Requests for returns on equipment should be made within 30 days of the purchase date.
3. How to Initiate a Return or Replacement
To initiate a return or request a replacement:
- Contact our customer service team at info@milkhoney.coffee.
- Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and any relevant photos if applicable.
- Our team will provide further instructions and assist with processing your return, replacement, or credit.
4. Refund Process
Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item in our facility. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
5. Shipping Costs
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.
- Replacement Shipping: If we ship a replacement for a defective or incorrect product, we cover the shipping costs.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If an item arrives damaged or defective, please reach out within 7 days of delivery. We will replace the item or issue a store credit, depending on your preference and product availability.
7. Exceptions
Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance” are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
