Sugarcane or (E.A.) Decaffeination is a process that is naturally occurring using the byproduct of Molasses made from you guessed it, Sugarcane.  The coffee is soaked with this solution and extracts the caffeine.  After the caffeine is removed the coffee is then dried again and BOOM, you have decaf.  This isn't just the best decaf we've ever tasted, it might be one of our favorite coffees on our menu.  We love it and think you will too!
