Just a clean and stellar coffee. This is an incredible example of what a washed Ethiopian coffee has to offer. Incredibly clean and expressive, full of florals and honey and a green grape acidity. We were blown away at this coffee when we cupped it on the sample table. This might be our favorite coffee of 2026.
