This coffee stands out with complexity in comparison to many Brazilian coffees. Brazilian coffees are know by their sweet and chocolatey profile and this one fits that perfectly, but it gives a really clean cup with some stone fruit acidity that pairs so well with the chocolate. Truly a wonderful coffee.
